GDPR Mandate

I give Worker Info Exchange (WIE)* and Stichting WIE International (WIE International)* my permission and mandate to file Data Subject Access Requests and Data Portability Requests on my behalf with the Company. This request is made pursuant to Article 15 and 20 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to (i) obtain access to, (ii) receive copy of, and (iii) have transmitted directly to WIE and WIE International: my personal data and the following information: the purposes of processing, the categories of personal data processed, the (categories of) recipients of data, data storage and retention policies, sources of the personal data and the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, I may have been subject to and meaningful information about the logic involved, as well as the significance and the envisaged consequences of such processing.

I give WIE and WIE International my permission to exchange all data mentioned above between them.

I give WIE and WIE International my permission and mandate to lodge complaints with a supervisory authority on my behalf, to exercise the rights referred to in Articles 77, 78 and 79 GDPR on my behalf, and to exercise my right to claim compensation referred to in Article 82 GDPR on my behalf, where provided for by law. If the Company does not meet my data subject access, portability and other information requests and/or does not meet other legal obligations with regard to my personal data, I give WIE and WIE International permission to take legal action on my behalf individually or as part of a group complaint or claim collectively made on behalf of platform workers.

For filing Data Subject Access Requests and Data Portability Requests with the Company, and all related data processing, WIE and WIE International are considered joint data controllers under Article 26 GDPR. Personal data is collected, processed and secured in accordance with the GDPR and the WIE and WIE International Joint DSAR Privacy Policy.

WIE and WIE International will process the personal data provided by you for the purposes of this mandate in order to file the Data Subject Access Requests and Data Portability Requests. WIE and WIE International will retain this data, and any data that is shared by the Company in response for as long as necessary to support the purposes set out in the WIE and WIE International Joint DSAR Privacy Policy. I acknowledge that I have read and understood this Privacy Policies and hereby consent to the processing of my personal data as described therein.
